All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will be notified by email after it been shipped.  We ship all our order through Canada Post

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  The shipping providers we use may vary from what is selected at checkout, but will provide equal or faster service as the selected shipping option.  Free shipping is calculated at checkout, and is determined by the pre-tax total after any discounts.  Free shipping eligibility is determined by Shipping Zones.

Free shipping over $65 Ontario and Quebec and $100 rest of canada.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@raworganic.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
